A Patient Explains Her Personal Healthcare Journey

Utah Healthcare Matters

A Recent Letter From A Patient

Michael Frogley DC CCEP: President of Generational Healthcare, is a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2007.

Providing outstanding Utah healthcare matters to us! Each patient that comes into our medical clinic comes with their own set of special needs. Addressing these needs and helping my patients regain total health and improved quality of life is my passion. Serving others by providing total healthcare is why I choose to go into  medicine. This sense of purpose is always with me and it’s why we do, what we do, at Generational Healthcare.

That said, I received the following note this past week from a patient. This note brought our/my purpose to the front of my mind and with a profound sense of clarity. Truly, Utah Healthcare Matters!

Note From Debbie Billings

For many years, I have lived with back pain. I have tried many different treatments. I have gone to physical therapy more times than I care to remember. A few years ago I was finally diagnosed with bulging and herniated discs in my lower back. My doctor recommended a Rehabilitation and Pain Management Specialist where I received epidural steroid injections.

I repeated the treatments every few months and combined physical therapy but I still continued to have pain. I went to see Dr. Frogley in June. I was very skeptical. Now, after finishing my care plan, I have achieved all of the goals I had hoped to. The team at Generational Healthcare work together to truly find the best care for each of their patients. The injections I received from Ryan have helped my knee and hips so that I am able to exercise without pain.

I have so much more energy. Dr. Frogley and his team worked together to improve not just my back, but my over all well being. I can now get down on the floor and play with my grandkids, and get back up off the floor! Something I never expected to do again. I can’t thank you enough. You are all amazing!
