For many years, I have lived with back pain. I have tried many different treatments. I have gone to physical therapy more times than I care to remember. A few years ago I was finally diagnosed with bulging and herniated discs in my lower back. My doctor recommended a Rehabilitation and Pain Management Specialist where I received epidural steroid injections.

I repeated the treatments every few months and combined physical therapy but I still continued to have pain. I went to see Dr. Frogley in June. I was very skeptical. Now, after finishing my care plan, I have achieved all of the goals I had hoped to. The team at Generational Healthcare work together to truly find the best care for each of their patients. The injections I received from Ryan have helped my knee and hips so that I am able to exercise without pain.

I have so much more energy. Dr. Frogley and his team worked together to improve not just my back, but my over all well being. I can now get down on the floor and play with my grandkids, and get back up off the floor! Something I never expected to do again. I can’t thank you enough. You are all amazing!

Generational Spine & Health is amazing. My girlfriend and I were in a bad car wreck a few months back and I was banged up pretty bad. 7 weeks ago my boyfriend was referred to Dr. Frogley & his amazing staff following a terrible car accident. The ‘Team” approach that they use is unlike anything I have experienced. The entire staff is friendly, competent & show genuine care. I love to play a round of golf, but my back was hurting so much that even 9 holes was killing me. However my goal was to be able to do 18 holes without much pain at all. After going to Generational Spine & Health for a while, I have been able to go 18 holes and my handicap even went down 3 points. They have done wonders for me. Also, they were able to relieve the pain in my left knee. I have bone on bone joint movement in that knee, but I didn’t want to do knee replacement surgery. After their treatments, my knee was and is almost as good as new. Sure, I still have some pain when placed in some positions, but walking is a whole lot less painful. I used to have trouble sleeping at night because of the pain in my legs. Now I have no pain at all and so I get a full nights sleep. Lastly, they have improved my hear loss. I have turned down my hearing aid and sometimes I don’t need them at all. Bottom line, this is because the treatments & procedures they use to straighten my back have enhanced the flow of spinal fluid to those parts of my body that weren’t working so well. I tribute all this to the processes used at their office and exercises I do at home to the improvements to my personal health and pain-free days. Thanks to all who work there.

I will begin with this, I only believe in what I see or have experienced personally. Please give me a little time to explain. I will try to be brief. I don’t believe in unicorns, or whales, I have never seen either of them. I have read about both and seen pictures though. As of today, I have yet to see either in person. You might be thinking, “how can she not believe in whales, of course they exist, and still others might be thinking “of course unicorns are real” with that being stated, let me bring this into perspective, chiropractors, I had herd of them, read about them and even seen pictures of them. But, have never had the experience so that I could say “I believe in chiropractors”, until now! Hold onto your boots, your going to love this story. I came in to Generational Healthcare for for a consultation with Dr. Frogley after injuring my back packing around my husky grandson on my hip. You guessed it, I threw my back out, OUCH, I could barley move. The team of doctors determined I was an excellent candidate for their care and accepted me as a patient. I came in for one thing and gained so much more. Please stay with me, After my medical care, rehabilitation and adjustments, what can I say, I was feeling like a new woman, more like myself for a very important reason. I learned about my body, and it’s health, specifically my spine, the nerves contained in it and how they impact the vital organs. Let me explain, because of my age, my legs were hurting, I couldn’t sleep, I had headaches, and I was gaining weight faster than a field of rabbits reproducing. you get the idea. I thought I had to live with these conditions and accept these symptoms due to hormones and age. WRONG During the course of my treatment I began to loose weight and sleep every night all night. WOW I discovered that my healthier spine could send information to my organs, my organs could then function properly and regulate my hormones, BOOM there you have it, But, don’t believe in my “unicorns and whales” make an appointment and see for yourself Gratefully yours, Tracy

I went to Generational Spine & Health for the pain I was having in my neck and arms. The first thing Dr. Frogley’s office did was determine exactly what was causing my problems by taking x-rays, and explaining to me what was causing my problems and how to correct them. The staff are excellent, caring and understanding, and Dr. Frogley and Dr. Latimer are both excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained to me what needed to be done to get me on the road to recovery. If it wasn’t for Generational Spine & Health I most likely would have needed surgery. I am now almost completely pain free, and feeling better than I have in years! Thank you for all you have done!

I’ve been going to Dr. Frogley for three years. His practice and service have helped me get healthier and feel better. Through x-rays I have seen visible changes in my spinal health and feel the benefits. I strongly recommend him!

I have had back issues my whole life, and been to more chiropractors in the last 30 years than i can list. My treatment experience with Generational Spine & health has truly been life changing and has definitely changed the way i think about my own health. I’ve had spine issues since I was a kid. Over the years, I’ve seen 9 chiropractors (some good, some awful) and 2 orthopedists. Dr. Frogley was the first to find a few obvious and important structural anomalies that other doctors MISSED. Each good doctor I’ve seen has given me a different treatment—and they’ve helped. Dr. Frogley does all those treatments. I’ve had hundreds of adjustments over the years, but Dr. Frogley tailors the adjustment for my specific issues. When I ask about specific movements/positions that hurt, he thoroughly explains why and he’s got something to help me correct it or work around it. And he gives me tons of stuff I can do at home instead of coming in all the time. I feel like I’ve finally got a doctor who’s putting all the pieces together.

Dr. Frogley is hands down the most knowledgable and has credentials beyond most chiropractors in the state. Full rehab and an awesome staff make for a perfect healing experience ;))

For years I experienced constant pain either in the form of headaches and migraines or lower back pain. When I started going to Dr. Frogely’s office we first determined what exactly was causing the problems by taking x-rays, then developed a program specifically for me to correct the misalignments I was suffering from. I now know what it’s like to live without the constant pain and I have recommended Dr. Frogley to many of my family and friends.

I have been going to Generational Spine & Health for about 24 visits now. When I started, I had almost constant / daily head aches, achy back and constant pain in my neck, shoulders and arms. My headaches are gone. The only time I have headaches is when I’m too tired or stressed now. I’m feeling better, no pain in my arms and very little in my neck or shoulders. I am sleeping better and feeling more positive than I have for a long time. The staff are excellent and caring. I love the care I get from Dr. Frogley and his staff. I was in a car accident and suffer from a lot of pain. He has helped in so many ways. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for great care and permanent results. He really cares.
